At Gunia Project, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your unique home decor. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items

  Send the package to our studio using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
